What Is Individual Therapy?
The goal of therapy is to provide our clients with the necessary skills, techniques, and strategies to be able to independently manage, reduce, or eliminate their problematic symptoms and live their best lives. Ideally, we will work ourselves out of business!

What Therapy Involves:
One-on-one talk therapy with a licensed professional who is well-versed in evidence-based practices.
Education about mental health and well-being, as well as topics and concerns specific to the person (e.g., sleep, mood, anxiety).
Offering strategies and practices to enhance functioning and reduce unpleasant or unwanted symptoms.
Who Can Access Therapy?
Children aged 4+, adolescents, teens, and adults.
Insurance Information:
I do not direct bill but do work with a variety of insurance coverages, including NIHB. Ask your insurance provider if you have therapy coverage.
